2. Send your request through our contact form, by email, or by phone, with quantities, sizes, print locations and your artwork.
3. We review everything, then confirm availability, the decoration method and the finished price for your specific project.
4. You approve a proof and a quote before production starts.
5. We print, pack and prepare your order, and confirm the pickup or delivery plan with you.

Our team reviews your request and artwork, checks garment availability for your colors, sizes and quantities, and comes back to you with a proof and a written quote. Nothing goes to print until you approve both. Once you approve, production starts, and we confirm the pickup or delivery plan when the order is ready.

Our minimum is 12 pieces. Need fewer? Smaller quantities can still be requested and are reviewed and approved by our team, and higher-priced garments such as work jackets can be ordered in small quantities. Tell us what you need and we will confirm before you commit.

Yes. One design can usually be printed across different garments and colors in the same order, and we confirm any layout adjustments on the proof before printing. Many customers mix T-shirts, hoodies and polos for one event.

Yes. Send all of your designs with your request and we will quote the whole project together, with a proof for each design before anything prints.

Call us right away at (718) 824-3880. If production has not started, we will do our best to make the change. The sooner you reach us, the more we can do.

Decorated items can’t be returned. One exception: if an irregular item arrives with a hole, we refund it. If you need to cancel, timing decides it: cancel before you approve the artwork and a 40% restocking fee applies, with the remainder returned to you. Once you approve the artwork, production starts and we can’t cancel, but call us and we’ll check exactly where your order stands.

Reorders are billed at the same pricing as your original order, with the setup fee removed.

Your price depends on the item, the quantity, and the decoration (print locations, ink colors and method). Send us the details and we confirm the exact price for your project in a written quote before you commit, so there are no surprises after the fact.

The item, the quantity, colors, sizes, your logo or artwork, the decoration locations (for example left chest and full back), and the date you need it. The more complete the request, the faster and more accurate the quote.

No. Prices in the master catalog are manufacturer suggested retail prices for blank apparel only; they exclude decoration, shipping and tax. We confirm availability and the finished price for your specific project before ordering.

The catalog is not a live stock feed. We confirm availability for your colors, sizes and quantity before anything is ordered.

We confirm payment details with your quote. Schools and public organizations can pay by purchase order (see the next answer), and our team walks every customer through payment when the order is confirmed.

Yes. Kenmar Shirts is an approved New York City Department of Education vendor (vendor number KEN018000), and we work with school purchase orders regularly. See our NYC DOE approved vendor page and our school field trip T-shirt planning guide.

Design help is part of how we work. Send your logo or idea in whatever form you have, even a photo or a sketch, and we will help you get it print-ready.

Original vector files work best: AI, EPS or PDF, or a high-resolution PNG. Screenshots and low-resolution mockups may not be enough to print from; send what you have and we will review it and tell you if it needs work. Our artwork approval checklist covers formats and placement wording in detail.

Always. You review and approve a mockup or artwork proof showing exact placement and print size before production starts. If anything differs from what you asked for, that is the stage to say so.

Ask about samples when you request your quote. What is possible depends on the garment and the print method, and we will tell you honestly what we can do for your items.

Yes. Send us the garments you want decorated and we will quote the printing work separately. We check that your items are suitable for the print method before starting, so there are no surprises.

Standard turnaround is 10 business days. Rush service of 1 to 3 business days is available for many projects, and same-day may be possible: call us at (718) 824-3880 to see if it can be done for your project. Tell us your in-hands date when you request your quote so we can confirm timing.

We ship all over the United States, and shipping is quoted with your order. For delivery outside New York we check the destination and your required arrival date with you before ordering, so the delivery plan is settled before production starts.

Yes. Local pickup is available at our shop in the Bronx. Tell us whether you prefer pickup or shipping when you request your quote.

It describes who decorates your apparel. Every piece is printed by Kenmar’s own union shop team in the Bronx. On request we add our union bug (RWDSU/UFCW Local 1102) to the print so your members can see it, and we do not charge extra for adding it. You never need to supply the bug; you only send us your logo or artwork.

Union-printed means the decoration is done in our union shop. Union-made means the blank garment itself was made by union labor, and American-made means it was manufactured in the USA. The three are separate: a standard blank becomes union apparel through our printing, while specific styles in our catalog are union-made or USA-made garments. Yes. Our master catalog carries union-made and USA-made T-shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, full-zips, heavyweight and hi-visibility styles, including women’s cuts. Tell us up front that your organization requires union-made or American-made garments and we will narrow the style list to those options first when we quote.
