Decoration Types: Choose the Right Finish
A six-piece photo shirt order needs a different approach from 500 shirts with a simple company logo. At Kenmar, we help match the decoration to your artwork, garment, quantity and budget. Start with a method below, or send us the design and we will talk through the options before production.
Equipment and capabilities
Full-color DTF
Mimaki TXF 300 printing, high-quality adhesive and automatic heat presses for detailed, soft-feel transfers.
Screen printing at volume
ROQ Eco 16-head and ROQ U 8-color presses with two large dryers. Approximate capacity: 700 shirts/hour per press, around 1,400 combined. Actual output depends on the job, not a guaranteed turnaround.
In-house embroidery
Approximately 30 embroidery heads for embroidered logos in volume. Stitch count, garment and logo size affect output.
Finishing options
Bagging is available at an additional cost. Labeling options include covering an existing label or removing a tag and replacing it with a DTF size tag. We review the garment and the label requirements for the project before changing labels; required care, fiber-content and origin information must be preserved as applicable.
