Our prices are wholesale, and are discounted for net cash terms. Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted, however a surcharge of 3% will be added to your invoice.
Quantity Pricing Policy: For minimums, see price chart. There are no pre-set quantities per size and color UNLESS specifically noted in the description of the item. Items with the identical print, size of print, and fabric (cotton and poly/cotton can be considered the same fabric for this purpose) can be mixed and ordered in any size breakdown and color assortment to get the best quantity price. For example, if you were to order 50 #A70, 50 #Y72, 2 #A60, 174 #A75, you would price ALL items at the 276 price category.
Method of Printing and Color Changes or Matches: Direct silk screen process. Plastisol inks used in most cases for vivid and long lasting imprint. Colors available: Standard colors. Color matches available at additional charge. Ink color changes within each run: $15.00 per color wash up charge. Minimum run is 48 units per color change. Ink color matching (PMS) or other systems available at extra charge of $20.00 per color on orders of 100 units or more. All our inks are certified lead free, and conform to government standards.
Screen Charges: $30.00 per screen based on normal printing area. For oversize printing, screens $35.00, Four color process and halftone screens, $50.00 each. One screen required per color imprint. Screen allowances available on orders of 552 pcs., or more. Screens are not sold, but remain in our files for 24 months. No charge for screens on re-orders within the 24 month period. Normal screen charges apply after the 24 month period.Masking charge,$15.00 under 144pcs.
Art Prep: No charge on camera ready art or type setting of 2 or 3 lines of type of 15 letters or less from in-stock type faces. Additional lines of up to 15 letters, $5.00 per line. Stock art available at nominal charge. No charge for reproduction of camera ready logo or trademark. Art enlarged OVER TWO TIMES original size will be charged at $5.00 per 2X enlargement. EXCELLENT, clear and sharp art can be usually be enlarged a maximum of FOUR times its size without additional art touch up charge. Additional art or special type faces available at $75.00 per hour charge (minimum of $10.00).

Graphics: For seps, suggested that art be in RGB format.
Note: TYPE should be provided in ILLUSTRATOR, and converted to curves, NOT as text.
Do not supply type in photoshop. This does not yield sharp prints.

Samples: Due to the large number of requests for samples, we are forced to charge for unprinted samples. The charge is at the 144 pce. price, plus applicable freight & COD charges. Samples are sent COD and cannot be billed. Samples are shipped UPS and cannot be sent to post office box addresses. Swatches for color are available at no charge.
Multi Color Printing: Extra color per item Some multi-color printing requires heat drying between colors to prevent bleed and blurring. Multi color work is based on complexity. Prices below are general quotes and subject to adjustment. Please submit work to our office for estimates. Color separations extra as required.

Terms: Orders MUST be accompanied by a check for 2/3 deposit, with balance shipped COD. Rated accounts only, net 10 days with official purchase order. Interest at 2% per month will be added to past due accounts and will be part of the monies owed. In cases requiring collection proceedings, the purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable legal and collection fees as well as interest at the rate of 2% per month to the date of final collection. Acceptance of the purchase order, as evidenced by your signature acts as a personal guarantee of payment for such goods. There are no pre-payment discounts. Returned check charge is $25.00.

Numbering: Athletic numbers are available. They are either two or six inches high. Charge is $3.00 per application (one or two digit) per garment on cotton or poly cotton garments. Numbering of nylon goods or minimesh, $4.00 per application. Discounts are available on large volume numbering with repetitive numbers. Contact office for quotation.
Names/Personalization: These are hand applied and have the feeling of felt. The process is good for short runs only. Colors available are white red, royal and navy. Price per line (up to 2" high), maximum 10 letters per line is $7.00. This type of lettering NOT suitable for nylon goods which can be embroidered. Names can be embroidered on most items. Charge is $10.00 per name (maximum 10 letters).
Proofs: With order only, paper copy, no charge. Corrections/revisions: Minor changes (before screens are made) no charge. Changes from how order was written, $75.00 per hour. On garment: Available on a time and material basis based on a $75.00 per hour labor charge.
Acceptance, Changes, Fill-Ins: All orders are subject to acceptance by the factory. If an order is canceled after production has begun, customers will be liable for charges incurred prior to cancellation. Orders are fed into our computer and processed the day they are received to speed delivery. Making changes or add-ons is very time consuming and costly. A $10.00 change order charge will be added to orders that are changed. To avoid this charge, and delays in processing your order, order extra garments or hold the order until you are positive it is complete.
Blank Items: All items from our stock are available without an imprint. These items are shipped strictly on a COD Cash or certified check/FOB our dock. For prices of individual items, refer to our price sheet.
1 through 5 dozen, use our 552 price.
6 through 10 dozen, use our 1044 price.
11 through 20 dozen, use our 2088 price.
21 dozen up use our 3996 price.

Specialty Inks & Oversize Printing Areas: All catalog prices are based on normal ink coverage and standard plastisol inks. There are additional inks and types of printing available, each having an effect on the longevity or durability of the printed image. Some specialty inks available: suede, glitter, glow in the dark, puff, florescent, light sensitive, and reflective.
Type Selection: Stock type faces are available for viewing on our website at www.Kenmarshirts.com. You may select any of the styles for your layout by indicating the style number next to the line of type, and the name on your order form. If you prefer that the artist determines the type, do not select type. The artist will layout your job based on his experience with other similar jobs. When selecting your type, please take into consideration spacing. Long lines of type cannot be done in bold faces, due to space limitations. See chart on our website for type styles, and availability in upper and lower case. In most cases, type on shirts is done in all upper case (except calligraphy, old english, freeport and brush types which require upper and lower case) for legibility.
